As a member of the Ladies Workout Express, Lehighton, you will be able to utilize any of the Ladies Workout Express facilities at any of their locations, world wide, with your membership key card. This is a great benefit for frequent travelers or those of us who do not want to miss out on our workouts while on vacation.

Ladies Workout Express, Lehighton, is an independently own and operated
Health Club and Full Service Day Spa. 

 We offer a variety of Specialty Services for
Women, Men and Children
in our Day Spa,
 however, 
the Health Club is a "WOMEN'S ONLY"  facility.  

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to provide child care as space is limited and staff are restricted to their professional duties. Children are welcome to escort their parents to appointments, however,
 children must be supervised at all times .

Ladies Workout Express Health Club offers Total Body Conditioning through a simple, yet, challenging resistance & cardio workout on a 22 Station Circuit. The entire Circuit takes approximately a half an hour (30 Minutes) to complete, providing the benifit of maximum fitness in minimal time.

LWE does offer a variety of classes in the morning and evenings for the convenience of Members and Non~Members. Those classes provided by the Club's Fitness Instructors are included "FREE" in the monthly memberships. While Class fees for classes provided by Guest Instructors are kept at the minimum charge to benefit our members and guest members.
