Boot Camp with Jared Schnell:



What to expect from these Boot Camp workouts? These innovative Saturday workouts will last about 45-60 minutes in length, and are designed to complement the exercise regimen you have already been doing. This workout isn’t all about fancy equipment and gadgets. Instead, it requires no equipment-just your own body weight.  The key to this workout is tempo. I will encourage you to move fast, and rest as little as possible between circuits.  By making an assertive effort to move quickly, individuals will increase their resting heart rate and ignite their metabolism to burn fat faster and promote lean muscle gain.  This will be an excellent break-up from the exercise you have already been doing throughout the week, and it will provide you with increased energy so you’re able to enjoy the remainder of the weekend!

 

Personal discretion is advised. Please be smart and work at a pace that is CHALLENGING, but not causing substantial discomfort.

Back to Basics
is an hour class which utilizes the stability balls in a series of Abdominal exercises, core strengthening exercises, leg exercises and finishes with a complete series of arm exercise with the Resistance Bands. The exercises are basic exercises which can be completed by people at all levels of fitness.

This Class is FREE to members and just $3.00 per day for non members.  Many of our clients requested an early class, so this class is suited for our early risers looking to complete a total body workout before 9AM.  Please feel free to join us for this entertaining, fun and quality workout.

Cardio Blast
with Connie Heckman.

Cardio Blast consist of a 10 minute cardio routine to increase your heart rate. Followed by 50 minutes of a Pilates style workout using the Bender Ball. And, concludes with a 10 minute Stretch and Cool Down.

Classes are $7.00 per Class , or $50.00 for a 10 Class, Class Pass.

Yoga incorporates Nicky's own design routine through Yoga postures, fluid movement and dance, breathing techniques and mediation into a hip and fun exercise program. Nicky uses hits from the 80s, 90s and now to Energize your body & soul while opening your joints & spine! Learn calming, breathing & mediation techniques to relieve anxiety & stress with Nicky in this amazingly relaxing form of exercise.

 
Beginner's Yoga will be held at Ladies Workout Express in Lehighton Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm.
 
Classes are $7 drop in, or $30 for 5 weeks - save $5 when you buy a 5 week class card!

Ab, Butt & Thighs are group exercise workouts brought to you each week by Laurie and Cindy to focus on specific exercises to work these hard to tone areas. Each day will be a different mix of fun and effective training moves.

Calorie Killer 
consist of a 40 minutes of stair stepper cardio workout to increase your heart rate to burn loads of calories. During the Stair Stepper routine you will also utilize some weights in a mini resistance workout which will to the Exercise Ball to work your Arms, Abs, Legs and Butt. And, Resistance Bands working more of your backside. The final 10 minutes will include a short aerobic activity. Followed by your cool down stretches. This workout is for those serious about burning calories. It is recommended you bring a towel and water. As with ALL LWE Workouts we encourage you to work at a pace comfortable to you. All exercise is a building process. You will increase you strength and endurance as you continue to participate. Everyone can do All of our workouts.  We are here to support and encourage your good health and exercise goals.************************************************************************* work your abdominal muscles. Members per day fee is, $5.00 whereas, Nonmembers pay just $7.00 for this hour long class.  If you are a member or nonmember, and you participate in the month unlimited program, this class is included for the month.
