Julie shares,
Let me start by saying that I absolutely LOVE to exercise!  I'm a runner, I do the INSANITY workout program, and I love to cross-train.  I started doing Zumba in October 2010 and immediately fell in love with the workout, music, and all the movements!  I decided in late November to get certified to teach it.  I got my certification on January 16, 2011 and began teaching the beginning of February.  My Zumba classes are FUN and a GREAT WORKOUT!!!  Come prepared to laugh and sweat at the same time!! :)

Jared Schnell, Guest Instructor: Body Bootcamp

Jared shares,
I’m a 2008 graduate from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA, where I earned my undergraduate degree in Business Management and Psychology. Since my graduation from Moravian, I have dedicated a great deal of my time learning about the human body. With the help of many individuals along the way, I have become educated in the areas of human movement patterns, sports performance, and rehabilitation.  Over the course of the last two years, I have taken classes, attended various seminars, and earned a position with Coordinated Health Systems as a Human Performance Coach. Also starting in May, I will be attending the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia to earn my doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
My mindset regarding exercise is not complex. Instead, I believe that exercise should be fun and invigorating. For me exercise is not my life, but instead it is a healthy portion of my lifestyle. I do not believe in spending four hours a day in a gym, nor should you!!! Life is too busy to invest that much time in a gym. Instead, your goal should be to work as efficiently as possible to ensure that you accomplish what you need to accomplish in about 45-60 minutes. That’s the beauty of this class!! I will be teaching everyone how to use their own body weight to create an excellent workout that will be time efficient, and probably most importantly….EFFECTIVE.
